Is there going to be anything like a sanity mechanic, or ailments/other things which will begin to warp your gameplay experience? One of the things I really like about games like Bloodborne, Call of Cthulu, and Amnesia was the fact that the way you perceive the world altered as your character gradually unhinged. And other games played with the player character gradually altering (Sometimes in appearance, other times by virtue of how they function) based on the things they've done or have had happen to them. (Injuries hindering mobility until they are cured/reducing max HP until visiting a save point/tended to - Corruption warping a players appearance. Even dynamic things like parasites festering in the player and interacting with them and the world around them).
Was wondering if any things like this are feasibly going to be in the game?

I also wonder and would love to see something along the lines of 'World Tendencies' done in Demon's Souls, which very sadly discontinued in the serie;
